Hey guys, as the title say I have the "UI failed to load error" And I tried to do everything. if its to uninstall Avast using avastclear.exe in Safe Mode or to change the Startup type of Remote Desktop Services to Automatic, I watched videos in hope to find new ways to fix it but each one is the same with using avast clear...

As I said,  changing the Startup type of Remote Desktop Services to Automatic didn't work.

can not be due to a firewall that would prevent the installation?
I think especially windows firewall that would have automatically replaced (security center) avast after uninstalling and doesn't want anymore  avast to access its servers at the time of installation.
