Avast Internet Security disrupting Witopia VPN

The VPN launches and connects, problem is nothing uses that connection.  Location by IP webpages still see my home location, not the one I'm routing through.  I contacted Witopia support they had me disable Avast and try.  Worked perfectly then.  How do I get Avast to let my computer route all traffic through the VPN.

Found the problem.  The firewall was blocking parts of the Witopia program.
