Hello! Firstly I would like to say that I am really impressed with the help displayed in this thread by Stellarman so far. Great job.
Here's my issue:
Roughly a month ago I utilised the free trial for 'Avast Cleanup' on my computer, but I now wish to cancel it. The difficulty it is that I do not know which e-mail I used (if any...) to sign up for the trial, and there is no option on the Avast Cleanup Premium application to cancel the subscription - it seems to be locked to my computer. I tried making an Avast account and linking it to my computer but even in my account, where my computer is registered as being online, etc, there is no indication that I have a subscription.
I'm just looking for a way to resolve this issue and to have my subscription removed. My apologies that I do not know which e-mail I used to sign up for the subscription - I've scoured through them but found nothing. I have the license number that is displayed on the clean up menu.
