I'm trying to cancel the auto renewal for Premium Security. I have the free 60 day trial that is set to end on 7/16. I never received an order confirmation. Please advise.

I ordered the free subscription back in May. The subscription number is xxxxxxxxxxxx. That's the one that is set to auto renew on 7/16.
I ordered it on 7/14 at a discounted rate. Order number 142853952139.

I've had 2 services auto renew without notice. I'm trying to prevent the 3rd.

Cancelling your trial,
If you used your credit card to get the trial then please check your email inbox there will be a confirmation email about the start of trial with a link to cancel it.

Edit: I'm sorry. The subsription was made on a different email. The issue is resolved now
