Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-enable your account. The main issue is that AV was uninstalled from all connected devices. We can help you with transferring a license from the old to a newly created account. When was the account created? Is it a Free or Premium version? Or one of the products from a new portfolio (Antivirus, Antivirus Pro or Antivirus Pro Plus)?
I am sorry that the message wasn't clear to you and it caused you these troubles. I already added a ticket to our roadmap to improve it and add a warning confirmation message before closing an account.
