Avast secure line vpn

My secureline vpn automatic renewal was deducted from my bank account on 18th Jan...It is now asking me to renew my license when it should be useable until 23rd February...I am not able to use secureline vpn and am getting a bit peed off...tia... :)

Go to: https://my.avast.com/en-us/ and see if everything is ok.
Or, you can contact support: https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact (Please, keep in mind that they can take a few day to answer and handle your situation)
