How can I get help from support service? I have bought it on 31st Dec 2017. Still did not get my activation code.
I bought the right to use the clean up tool, but when I enter the code, the avast says the activation code I entered does not exist.I cut-and-pasted and entered the code, there is no room for entering incorrect code.
I have the exact same problem. Following the procedures in Reply #2 didn't solve the problem.
