Hi guys
First post here, hope I can get some help speedily.
My wife recently switched a new phone carrier (AT&T) for her Android Samsung Galaxy S4 mini (GT-I9195I). As part of this, she got a new SIM card. We have Avast Anti-Theft (along with Mobile Security) on her phone, and it keeps marking her new SIM card as Untrusted. We noticed this because she usually keeps Location off to save battery, but every few days after I mark the SIM as trusted Anti-Theft seems to forget, marks it as Untrusted, and then she can no longer disable Location.
I've set it as a trusted SIM both in the app and online mutiple times, and neither seem to work for more than a few days. This definitely does not seem to be working as designed.
Thoughts appreciated.
