VPN new location Glasgow UK not working

Today it appears London UK location point has been replaced by Glasgow UK but my software is unable to establish a connection. There is no other access in the UK so my secureline access is relatively useless to me. Does anyone else have the same problem.
On a related matter the BBC has been recognizing the London IP as being one being used by a VPN network for the last 6 months or so and so barring access to bbc.co.uk

I've just connected to the London server so maybe give it another try. The BBC are now very good at blocking VPN's so it's very hit or miss if it will work.

I also connected to the Glasgow server but it did take a long while.
