I am attempting to put Avast Free Anti-virus on my wife's laptop but it is frozen at "Avast installation is finishing - 16%" and I'm not sure how to allow it to progress from that point. I have put exceptions into the firewall for the installation program and the service itself to no avail. The computer specifications are as follows:
- AMD E-350 Processor 1.60 GHz, 3 GB of RAM, Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit OS
Any advice is appreciated
