I installed Avast Anti-Theft on my uncle's phone... he's mentally disabled, I'm his caregiver/POA.
That sounds great, except he will NOT quit fiddling with stuff... he locked himself out of his phone.... "This Phone is Lost or Stolen!"
now, no matter what I do, I cannot UNLOCK it... I've tried my.avast.com.... the phone is offline/not available.
I've tried using the SMS control from MY phone.... nothing!
Suggestions? I'm at my wits end.. HE NEEDS HIS PHONE!
And yes, I've told him OVER and OVER, to NOT mess with the phone... NOT to mess with the settings... he's worse than a ferret!!!
