Trouble to access and modify password

Hello,
I have a problem to access to my passwords, when i try to access AVAST PASSWORD, the software bug and the animation to load turn, turn, turn and nothing that's all....
Could you help me please ?

Thanks for the report. This is caused by known issue in our update process. Reboot after some time of using this broken version or repair of your installation will fix the issue.
