My computer went "Blue Screen", but I was able to regain my computer operation, and I reinstalled Avast Antivirus. But Avast told me I have "Open Portals", a lot of them, but I don't know exactly what an open portal is, or where to find them, or how to close them. Avast told me I need to close them otherwise I could get "Hacked", but Avast did not tell me where they are or how to close them. Perhaps some of you computer "Geeks" can held me out, would really appreciate the help, thank you.
