Can't get correct data about calls, contacts and sms

wheh try to download received command it downloads, but no scrollable.
I get page with this link:

screen included
Cant scroll down, try another browser, try trough android, but no sucsess

Не скролятся загруженные команды (звонки, смс, контакты)
раньше все работало

can somebody help me to solve this problem?
кто что может сказать по этому поводу? у меня одного такое? как написать в саппорт по этой проблеме?

Told through a different browser and everything will work. A different browser will help

Chrome                   - unscrollable
Mozilla Firefox          - unscrollable
Opera                      - unscrollable
Chrome for android  - unscrollable
Tor                          - unscrollable

tryed both W10 & W7

vladimirpuchinkin, если у тебя все работает, можешь сказать пожалуйста свою версию винды, разрядность, браузер и его версию???
или в скайп elveiv добавься, пообщаемся или соцсеть любую свою линкани, я туда постучусь

Hi to all i hve the same Problem and i can`t scroll or switch to xml, xls i have only HTML files.
