Avast Passwords doesn't work with Firefox browser. How come?

Hello, Avast guys!

I have installed Avast Antivirus and Passwords on my Android Oreo smartphone, but I see that Avast Passwords does not work with my favourite browser: Mozilla Firefox. How come? Why is this browser not supported? And when will it be, if ever?
