Can't Log In

I can't log in to the main https://my.avast.com/en-us/#home site. I haven't done so in forever and yesterday I successfully reset my password, but now when I enter my credentials it just stays at the Loading page trying to log in but won't. I thought it might have just been something weird with the website last night but it's happening this morning too. I've left my current tab open for the last hour to see if it would do anything, but it's still trying to load. What's causing this?

Did you try another web browser?

I tried it in IE and it let me log in. I was going to cancel my auto-renew subscription, which still has a while to go on it, but it 'conveniently' said that it couldn't contact the servers to make that happen and that I should try again later. Stuff like this is why I want to cancel  :-\

Unfortunately, this "cannot contact servers" has been occurring for more than two months.

It says that there are three different distributors, Digital River, Nexway and Allsoft, and that I should contact whichever one I purchased it through to end auto-renew. I purchased it through the Avast website though and my credit card statement just says CBI Avast. How do I know which distributor I purchased it from?

At one time, Avast also used CleverBridge for payment processing.
