True offline installer for XP

I own a pc running XP used as media center in a remote location that doesn't have an internet connection and i really need a free version true offline installer for it - i have the link to the offline definitions package .
From what i read in here the last one capable of that has been 17.3.2291 but all the links found here point to newer versions that fail.
