Avast Customer Service is terrible

I have requested a refund 3 times now and I have yet to hear anything from them. By the time they finally respond it will be beyond the 30 days and then I will not be eligible for one. Do they ever respond to a submitted ticket?

If you submitted it within the 30 day refund period then your request is valid and will be honoured.  The date of response has no bearing on the validity of the request.

Your multiple submissions could also be a factor as they are handled in FiFo order, subsequent tickets with the same email, order ID could be amalgamated and the FiFo time frame starts again.
