Some Components Disabled After Startup

Hello, I'm new to Avast Internet Security (paid version) and need help with an issue I'm facing. For some reason certain components get disabled or don't load after Startup (Win 7 64 bit). Found this out by opening Avast and seeing "!" and warning saying Ransomware Shield not running, or Behavioral Shield, or Firewall. It's different every time. But there's no tray notification. I'm able to just click to enable component but this is annoying to always check after startup. Any ideas?

I assume you have removed any previous used AV according to vendors instructions?
