Cannot watch AMAZON videos!!!

For about a month I have seen a warning on the Amazon Prime Video to update Google Chrome by such and such date, which I didn't pay any attention to because I don't use Chrome. But that date has apparently come because when I try to play a movie it keeps telling me to update Google Chrome. I assume it's because Avast Safezone uses Chrome, but my Avast Safezone automatically gets updated and is up to date with the latest version (I checked). I also made sure everything on my computer has been updated. Because obviously Amazon changed something (because I was given warning) I assume you guys need to change something on your side to make it run....like you did with the YouTube issue???

SafeZone browser has been discontinued. It's replacement Secure Browser is currently in beta.
Why not try a different browser till this has been resolved ???

I use it everyday and it's listed on their website saying they are coming out with an updated version soon so I don't see how it can be discontinued. The only thing I have seen that has changed is that you don't have to pay for it anymore and it comes free with Avast Antivirus now. Also, Secure Browser is not an Avast browser (although another version of Chrome like this one). I have been using another browser but I always have problems with it ....and it's not the point, I shouldn't have to. I have spent alot of time saving and organizing my bookmarks, I mainly use it for the ad blocking, it's the best browser I've used, it shouldn't be happening (especially since I paid for it before they had it for free) and this forum is here to inform them something is wrong and it needs to be fixed or to get solutions if there are any. Thank you anyway for trying to help.

Avast SafeZone browser was always free. It was a part of the free version of Avast.
The latest version of Avast no longer contains the SafeZone Browser. As I stated, it will be replaced with SecureBrowser once it's out of beta.
