How to dismiss the smart scan result?

The smart scan result keeps using visual cue to prompt me to use cleanup feature and VPN, which I don't need. How to dismiss the message from its main page? Or is it a predatory feature that can never be turned off?

Customise the Smart Scan AvastUI > Settings > General > Smart Scan - expand and only select what you want it to do.

Either that and or remove the components you don't want to run.
