Can't find "avast_browser_setup_checker"（resolved）

when PC reboot i got the error message
Windows Can not find "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AVAST Software\Avast\SecureBrowser\avast_browser_setup_checker.exe"

But in fact the right path is
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVAST Software\Avast\SecureBrowser\avast_browser_setup_checker.exe"

How can I resolve it？

I'm on 2328 (via update) and get the same sort of message.
Why the hell do we have go through all the rigmarole of re-installation for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place?

When I start my PC I see this error message

but i have czech version of OS and the right path is
  "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Data aplikací\AVAST Software\Avast\SecureBrowser\avast_browser_setup_checker.exe"

Windows XP (CZ, Home edition, 2002, SP3).
Avast Free 18.3.2333 (the same error on older version 17.9.2322 too)
