Version: 18.1.2326 Multiple Instances of AvastUI.exe

Is this normal?  I know this was in the last update but they mentioned it in the notes, it went away for awhile and now it's back, I just want some kind of official statement.

There should be one instance of AvastUI.exe running permanently for each logged-in Windows user. Second instance should be running only when some Avast window is opened (main window, toasters, detection dialogs, etc.). More instance running for more than a few seconds is not expected behavior.
