problem with new version 18.3.2333

Update to 18.3.2333 some days agoo and also i have update my licence 5 days agoo
now with this new version wen i reboot my pc
i get always this message

Windows no puede encontrar el archivo "C:\Documentos and settings\Allusers\Applicacion Data\Avast
Software \Avast\SecureBrowser\Avast_browser_setup_checker.exe

i have XP sp3 with licence
my version is avast Internet Security

can somebody help my
do i need mayby reinstalled with avast clear ??
