Licenses number less then I bought

Hello!

I have wrote 2 times in business support and did't receive answers.
It's problem with licenses. Therefore Avast team can me help only.

I bought licenses on 27 devices / 3 years  on Avast Business Antivirus Managed 22.11.2017 for my company
Then I bought licenses on 3 devices / 3 years  on Avast Business Antivirus Managed 09.02.2018 for same company.
So, I have licenses on 30 devices / 3 years with little different date of ending. I think so. But after buying license on 3 device I have seen in Avast management console (on my linux server) what I have licenses on 3 devices / 6 years (Devices - 3, Expiration - 11/23/2023). It is not right.

Today no answers too.
Can I restore my licenses anything?
Where can I ask?
Antivirus on our workstations has not been updates more week.
I bought license on 30 devices, but I can use 3 only. Why anybody don't fix it so long?
