I've noticed recently, that whilst my Internet Mail scanner does say "The provider is currently running" - further down underneath this, it states "Scanned count: 0"

ashmaisv is running in my start-up folder, so I can't understand why the scanned count is still at zero - unless it isn't referring to incoming and outgoing mail... ?  Can anyone help please?

The Internet Mail counter is referring to mail only... See the "scanned count" for Standard Shield - should be higher...
