Please, help me to understand the reason.

There is a file list under Settings / General / Exclusions / Hardened Mode. I browse for the file, hit enter, the file is on the list. It keeps there awhile - less than a day. Then Hardened Mode list clears out, no file there anymore. I do not know, why. Is there any trigger or event what is supposed to delete the file list of Hardened Mode?

Windows 7, Avast Business, Program version: 17.9.2528 (build 17.9.3761.278)

Hi, you need to adjust the settings/exclusions in the console.
