Mistakenly Charged by Avast
« on: February 26, 2018, 06:51:44 PM »
On the 23rd of February, I was charged by Avast after the two-month premium trail thing, even though it says on the bill that it's $0.00, I was still charged $49.99!

This is a purchase I did not want to make and I sincerely hope someone could resolve this issue. I've already messaged them - or by requesting a refund, and still haven't heard from Avast, nor an automated message if any.

It's important to note:

Avast! uses a FIFO system (First in, first out). If you update your entry/ticket etc, you will be placed at the BACK of the line again. So include all your information and wait, patiently.
