I've had such problem. What router and firmware for it are you using if custom?

Tp-link c5400, nothing custom. And latest firmware

Also reset the router to factory settings to see if it changed anything, it didn't.

I think I finally got it updated to the latest virus definitions, (180227-6) and it took 30 minutes.

Thank you very much for report. Unfortunately your logs do not contain your unsuccessful installation attempts form February 26th. As well we see in the logs that you have tried to install it twice from online installer, but it seems like installer was killed because logs are not complete for these installations. Did you kill it or did it crash?

Anyway your report was very helpful. Using your logs and our server stats we have found that there is indeed an issue with installations on some W10 systems. We still do not know what is root cause of the problem, but we see that our installer has troubles to download files, there is 10 retries for each download and this may cause installation to run for very long time.

We will let you know as soon as we have more info.

We have found that issue is related to IPv6. We have temporarily disabled IPv6 on CDN and issue has been greatly reduced (based on our install stats).

Sorry for the late response, was kind of busy these past few days. Thank you for looking in to the issue and resolving it. I personally haven't been able to test it out yet, but I trust your expertise
