I have been saying this for some time, the avast housekeeping needs updating/improved/debugged as there are other areas also that old files remain.

It is SafeZone Browser but it is not available in new avast 18.2.2328.Are you using old version of avast!?

No, I have latest update. Maybe it is of some old installation. Can I delete it manually?

With the help of revo uninstaller I uninstall Safe Browser.
