I think Avast Free virus definition updates are causing command prompt to open on Windows 10.Has anyone seen this happen?

Version 18.2.2328 Build 18.2.3827.0 Definitions 180304-0. Suspect Avast or a DCOM permissions error.The update and DCOM error are the only events that happened at the time.Command Prompt says compatibility telemetry,compat tel to be specific.

Thanks Bob.I will try and reset permissions tomorrow and see if that helps.Sometimes it will not work but I will give it a try.
