Avast 18.1.2326 & Outlook 365(2016) Plugin issues

Hi There

Ok symptoms are when i open Outlook 2016, always the Avast plugin is in inactive state, set it back to active, it loads, and everything fine after that,  exit Outlook 2016 later on, and next time i open it later,  Plugin back to Inactive state,  already tried clean install of latest Avast version after removing completely with removal tool and all the folders i could find to manually remove

This is on Windows 10 Pro x64 16299.248 
Avast Free 18.1.2326
Latest Office 365(2016) version
