Avas billed me and i cant use the product

I was on free trial for 60 days and now i'm back on free with no protection but i got the bill for 60e that i can't do nothing because it was not connected somehow  with my mail only on my PC with my credit card. Please help I cant send a ticket because my mail is not connected with that bill and I can't get ID and serial number now every year avast is going to bill me 60$ and i got nothing in return.:(
