30 day refund policy

Does this company honour its 30 day refund policy, because my ticket is being ignored.

Yes, the time taken doesn't effect your right to a refund, provided you submit the request before the 30 days are up.

Support tickets can take up to 5 business days, when did you submit your support ticket ?

They seem to be ignoring my request for a refund, lol, pirate behaviour.
But seriously, its strange for a security company to behave like that, one would think integrity was upmost important.
If I was of the suspecious type I might think they could be stringing it out until the 30 day period is over - or maybe just wear me down :)

Considering that Avast has over 400 Million users, I consider this pretty good.
