Issue 1 My taskbar and start buttons where not working. I rebooted and still not working , I ran system restore and attached popped up although things are back to normal now.
Issue 2 Avast Update helper version 1.4.122.333 reconfiguration is unsuccessful multi-times a day, is this an issue? Can I remove it?
My version of Avast is the most recent addition
