Connecting to servers and Hulu

Hi folks, two problems.

1. I am in the Caribbean and I have issues connecting to several of the USA servers. I can get through with about half of them. Any idea why?

2. When I do connect, I cannot use Hulu. It detects I am using a proxy. Sometimes I try recnnecting and eventually I will get through but it takes as much as an hour for that to happen.

1 - Which errors are you getting?
2 - Hulu blocks VPN services. It's hard to find one that is not being blocked by them.
