This is 9th of April 2020, 12 days from the confirmation of my refund on 27th March 2020. I'm very concerned because I haven't received the refund to my bank account, also no notification of refund from any distributor has been sent to me as promised. Below is my inquiry to follow up the email chain 12 days ago. Someone in the team please look into this to make sure there is no accident or mishandling in the refund process:

Hi,
I'm writing with reference to our email exchange 12 days ago, regarding the refund of order number 74848064200
In the email of refund confirmation on 27th March 2020, Mr. Branko Mitkovic confirmed that, I quote:
"As per your request, please accept this e-mail as a confirmation of the refund of your Avast subscription with the order number 74848064200 being approved for processing.
We have now notified our distributor about the refund, they will arrange this transaction and notify you in a due course.
Please be aware that it can take from 5 to 7 business days to complete the refund process."
Today is Thursday, 9 April 2020, over 7 business days have passed in all timezones since the refund confirmation on 27th March 2020.
And I'm confused because so far I haven't received any refund to my bank account, nor have I received any notification from the distributor.
So to clear the confusion, please tell me:
_ Have my refund been processed?
_ If yes, when is the latest date for it to be in my bank account? A specific date would be much appreciated.
_ Can you please send me some proof of the refund transferred to my bank account once it has been processed? That'd be much appreciated.
