Web browsers not working

So I have never had a  problem with avast until this week. After about 20 minutse give or take all web browsers stop working and I get reports of no response from the website. I reboot and it will work for another 20 minutes. Then I found if I disabled avast everything would start working again. After some poking around on the internet I found that if I disable just the web shield my browsers will start working again. So I followed the instructions. I did a repair and it still did it. I did a fresh install and the problem persists. I even disabled the shields and tried using the avEmupdater.exe. However double clicking on it doesn't seem to run any programs. I am running windows 10. Not sure if there is a fix for this or not.

I did another fresh install and it still isn't working properly

- Which Avast..? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
- Which version..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

-64 bit
-no other security software win firewall turned off
-this is the only AV program I have used on this machine

If you've turned off the Windows firewall, which firewall are you using ???
