Cannot restore Avast Password

I installed Avast Password in my laptop and later on my iPhone.  It was synchronizing fine but yesterday I noticed that the iPhone was not syncing with the laptop.  I uninstalled it and thinking that the laptop's program could be bugged I uninstalled from it also.
Installing again in both devices I was asked to authorize in another active device. Unfortunately I don't have an active device,  For some reason the master password used during the vault creation is not working. Is there a way to reset everything and start anew from every device?  I have no problem with the passwords for I have them stored in another program.

As mentioned many times in the forum, if you want to start from scratch please turn off synchronization on all your current devices, send me direct email to kvetko@avast.com from email address you are asking reset for, I will do reset and reply you back once you can start from with sync setup again.
