These executables are missing the Alwil Software publisher name:
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\aswUpdSv.exe
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashServ.exe
It is important for these files because Windows Defender displays the publisher name when these files are installed as services and startup processes.
Beyond those, there are also other Avast components missing both component names and publisher names.
