Missing some features?

Hello. I am new here. I bought Avast Premier and it says it comes with firewall, but firewall and a few more features are locked. I sign in online and it says it is installed but currently disabled...

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
