Passwords problems

Getting used to the safe zone browser but one issue is getting my passwords from Firefox 52x across I have used the import route and got my bookmarks but Avast antivirus chimed in and put the passwords into its safe.
So I have to open that and find my passwords to copy but there must be a better way but I am not seeing it as yet.

I am running XP Home due to a large amount of data on it that would not work otherwise.

Can anyone help please......
