AIS: agent don't want to start

Hi to all,

Under win 10, 64 bits, I use AIS. All works fine but one of the agent doesn't want to start: it's the suspect action agent. Each time I try to put it ON, manually,  a second later it puts itself off. Windows is at its upper level update: 1709 - 16299.309.

Is it normal and how to solve this particular point?

Hello,

It seems that to uninstall AIS, with the clean-uninstall tool and the good process of uninstall, and a cool install of it has solved the problem. All agents work fine.
