Re-Activating Avast on a new computer.

I have two Avast product, Avast Internet Security (not free) and Clean-up Premium and I'm trying to activate them on my new computer without success. Avast won't log me in despite using the password sent with the original email receipts. Been trying for 2 weeks so I'm not protected. I try to send email to support with an automated reply that it is no longer responded to and filling in the online support meets with silence.

Can anyone help?

Thanks - I was contacted direct yesterday and got this sorted out.
