Unable to renew

I keep getting a popup telling me to renew my free Avast.  I "tried" to renew but never show renewed under subscription status.  I just keep getting popups telling me my time is about up.  H E L P

I did what the link said, but it won't take.  It keeps giving me warnings about 5 days left etc.

First, be sure to get rid of all remnants of your prior installed AV(s)..!!

Then:
1. Download Avast Free Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

I've removed your other topic so as not to repeat what's already been suggested.
From what I see, you haven't tried all of the things suggested either.
That should probably be your first step towards solving the problem.
