First sorry for late reply, but I was quite busy last few days.
Why do you want to remove it? We don't support officially what you would like to do, but there is one way how to achieve the goal. Before I describe it I would like to know the motivation.
Note that you can remove master password prompt even if you have master password set just by shuffling locking settings.
