You might want to try a clean install.
Remove the browser Via Programs and features
Then download the latest version from here:
https://www.avast.com/download-thank-you.php?product=ASB&locale=en-ww
Follow this video for the installation:

Noticed a graphical error found in Settings in picture attached below:

Just installed.  Setting for this is in Advanced section.

Seems correct.  32-bit version installed on a 64-bit system.
Windows 10 Home 64-bit 22H2 Avast Premier Security version 24.1.6099 (build 24.1.88821.762)  UI version 1.0.797
 UI version 1.0.788.  Windows 11 Home 23H2 - Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Avast Premier Security version 24.2.6105 (build 24.1.8918.827) UI version 1.0.801

Bank mode does not open .. only 32bit version ?
Here's the message I just received from one of the Avast developers:
"Thanks Bob for replying to this in the thread. Let’s see if a clean install works for that user.

The other potential issue could be that their AV could be out of date (pre 17.9)"
If the suggestions don't help, please let us know. :)

Hello,

- is there a way to open Bank Mode directly by a desktop shortcut directly by a desktop shortcut rather than a right click on the icon avast -> run banking mode?
nb:The configuration "Automatically open Bank mode on the following websites" does not seem to be respected, remains empty despite the addition of a link

- importing passwords does not seem to work (from firefox)

- "flash protection information" into security and privacy center is not translated into French.

- since the update "SAFEZONE" is reported as disabled (in red) in my account

Interestingly, I had a problem with Bank Mode not wanting to initiate on one of my OS's.
A Reboot solved the issue. :)

How do you download videos or audio from Youtube?
I have Opera, WOT, K9 Web Protection, Avast Free web shield and Behavior blocker only, Comodo Internet Security 10, and common sense. ^_^
