Avast mobile for Android doesn't recognize my licence.

I have an annual subscription wich is renewed on September, 12 but the app don't recognize the license and I have the basic. I  was cleared the Gogle play data anf uninstall the Avast app but the problem is still occurring.

Hi, I've checked your licence and the problem is caused by an old one (Easter promo from 2014) - please check your PM, I am sending you an activation code for a new licence.
