I would like to cancel my trial subscription for the Cleanup Premium before I'm charged for another year. It seems Avast is trying to make that impossible or at least impossible to know if I actually did get it cancelled. My order # is 30497150108, please cancel my subscription and automatic renewal.

we know that the process of subsciption cancellation is quite complicated and we work on making it easier for our customers.

I checked your record and your trial subscription was still valid so I cancelled it for you.
You don't need to worry about being charged once the trial period is over.

You can still enjoy our product until April 2 then it will expire.

Clarification from Avast would be helpful.
I can take that to mean two things, trial is expiring and you're about to be charged or
Trial is expiring and you'll not be able to use it any more.

Hi,

I can see that the Trial license you have associated with your email address is valid until April 13 which means that "expiring" state in the product means the actual expiration date is getting closer.
On the other side I can also see that the subscription is still valid for the trial license which means you are going to be charged.
If I understand it correctly you want to cancel the subscription so I've already done it for you.

You can still enjoy our product until the April 13 when it will expire.

most likely you were successful when you were trying to cancel your subscription earlier yesterday as I can see that both products have been already cancelled April 5.

Both of them are still valid until April 13 so you can still enjoy them until that day.
