How am I supposed to send a request if I still haven't received an email containing my Order ID? Clearly if the issue was simple enough to resolve by contacting support, there wouldn't be dozens of people posting here asking to have their subscription cancelled.

I'd be more than happy to contact support, or even cancel my subscription on my own, but if Avast is unwilling to even provide me with basic details pertaining to my order, then I have no other option than to post on here.

I posted in this topic a few days ago and still have not gotten a reply from anyone on the Avast team, even though they seemed quick to reply to cancel requests similar to mine in the days and weeks prior to my post.

Hello I have the same problem. Avast needs to regulate it..
My mail is nicolas_du_24@hotmail.fr please cancel I don't have any order's number send on my mail so i can't contact the support.

Hello, I subscribed to the free trial of avast cleanup premium and can't find a way to cancel auto-renewal. I also can't find my order ID and when I go through the process of retrieving it, the site says that my information is invalid. I have 6 days left to go on the trail and I would very much apperceatie if this matte was resolved. Thank you.

I have just spent hours and been directed down so many cul de sacs to try to cancel the auto renewal for the 60 day trial.
To say I'm not happy with having to spend my evening doing this is an understatement.
Would you PLEASE cancel order id: 21609203108.
I would like an email confirming that this has been done. As a result of this experience I will be highly unlikely to purchase another product from Avast.

Thank You for your reply to my admittedly vexed and frustrated post.
My subscription has indeed been cancelled, because I found the phone number for Digital River and called them directly to cancel it.
Now I'll say to you what I said to them, Why would it be any more difficult to put a "cancel auto renew" button on the page than it is to put a "renew subscription" button on the page.
I think the answer is obvious to everyone.
Frankly I'm a bit surprised that a reputable company like Avast is allowing this sort of "sharp practice" to occur on their platform.
That's not just my opinion, how many other vexed and frustrated people have posted about this.
We just will not trust you again. How can this possibly be considered good business by you.

I can see your subscription has already been cancelled on 23rd June. You don't need to worry about charging your credit card when the trial expires.
The trial is still valid until 24th June so you can still enjoy our product until then.
